Before a client agreement is signed and you are invoiced for any services rendered, our compliance team conducts thorough due diligence on you and any family members included in your application. Once you have successfully passed our due diligence checks, we will onboard you as an Atlas Mobility client and request a fixed fee for our ongoing services.

A dedicated relationship manager is appointed to support you in securing and compiling all required supporting documentation and completing the relevant government application forms. We guide and assist you throughout this often time-consuming and complex process, including preparing and making the final submission to the appropriate government authority.

Once the relevant government authority has reviewed all submitted documentation, it will conduct its own due diligence checks. If your application is successful, an approval-in-principle letter will be issued, and you will be invited to fulfill any required financial obligations, including making the qualifying investment, paying the applicable contribution, and/or settling any outstanding fees. Upon receipt of these payments, the government will proceed with issuing your residence or citizenship documentation.

Should you require any additional services relating to your residence or citizenship portfolio, we remain committed to providing comprehensive ongoing support. This includes assistance with annual declarations, renewal of residence permits or passports, the addition of dependents or new spouses to approved applications, and access to further residence or citizenship options that you and your family members may wish to pursue.
